**Job Summary:**
Midwest Heart and Vascular is seeking an advanced practice provider to work at our Kansas City, Kansas location.
**Qualified Candidates:**
+ Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience
+ Support physicians in the inpatient care units
+ Will independently conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.
+ Will work 4/10 hour shifts with a flexible day off during the week
+ Masters of Science in Nursing required, ability to obtain Missouri licensure
