Job Description
UNC Health Blue Ridge is seeking a Day Shift Hospitalist APP at our UNC Health Blue Ridge Main Hospital in Morganton, NC.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:
+ Completion of an accredited graduate –level Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) program.
+ Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of North Carolina or eligible.
+ Board certification if required by the Department
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
+ 2+ years of inpatient experience
+ Feel comfortable with admits
+ Demonstrates clinical competency
+ Preventive Care
+ Management of Acute and Chronic health issues
+ Strong interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Demonstrates written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.
+ Effective interaction and care of patients
+ Documentation of medical records for accurate billing
