We are looking for an APP to join the infectious diseases section in the department of medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital. The APP will be working with the Infectious Disease (ID) Faculty in the inpatient ID consultation service daily, as well as the outpatient clinic two half days per week
The incumbent should expect to provide care to 8-10 patients daily

Minimum Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:
Master’s Degree or higher required. Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification and licensure in the state of Georgia are required. Experience: 5-8 years of related experience.
Physician Assistant:
Graduation from a Physician’s Assistant Training Program accredited by the National Commission of Physician Assistants ( NCCPA ); licensed or eligibility for licensing to practice in the State of Georgia; certified as a Physician Assistant by the State Board of Georgia or nationally board certified;
Experience: a minimum of (2) years of professional-level experience as a Physician Assistant.
. Prior experience or interest in diagnosing and treating general ID and HIV patients
. Valid DEA
. Must obtain AAHIVMA certification within 18 months of hire
