What We're Looking For: We're seeking a compassionate, experienced, clinician who thrives on solving complex health concerns and building lasting patient relationships. The ideal candidate will bring:

+ clinical experience in women's health (WHNP certification required)

+ A passion for menopause care, preventative health, and patient education

+ Excellent clinical judgement and communication skills

+ A desire to work collaboratively with a team of seasoned providers

Responsibilities:

+ Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to woman across the lifespan

+ Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams, including screenings, education, and counseling

+ Diagnose and manage common and complex gynecologic conditions

+ Provide care and guidance for patient's navigation perimenopause and menopause including hormone therapy

+ Collaborate with patients to develop Individualized care plans focused on prevention and wellness

+ Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate

+ Manage prescription medications, including hormone therapies and contraceptives

+ Partner with physicians and fellow providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity

+ Educate patients on topics such as reproductive health, contraception, lifestyle, and disease prevention

+ Maintain accurate and through documentation in the electronic health record system

+ Participate in team meetings and quality improvement efforts

+ Stay current on best practices in women's health and continuing education requirements
